Expect the freaking unexpected 4.5

So this is story about a girl named Charlie and a boy named Knox. They study at the same university but they haven't met but each know about the other. Charlie knows about Knox's man-whoring and Knox knows about Charlie's article that has clearly defined her as rare but really strong and smart, when you think about it, girl. You'll know more when you read this story.

So Charlie is amazing. She's smart, quirky and is honest to a fault. She doesn't let anything get in her way. Her smart-alecky come backs made me grin and her inner musing will definitely make you laugh out loud. Now moving on to Knox, he's gorgeous in one word but he's soooo much more that that. He's tall over 6 ft tall, he's got the muscles to go with that and if rumors are to be believed he's gets more actions than all the guys in Sinclair put together.

But with all things in life, nothing is what it seems. This unlikely hero comes to the rescue of our heroine and starts off the beginning of a beautiful relationship. But Knox has a past that is dark and difficult and he doesn't talk about it. He doesn't believe he deserves to be happy either. Yet Charlie manages to get him to trust himself to be with her. And then all hell breaks loose and Charlie's world crashes in front of her. The truth comes out. Finally, I could breath a sigh of relief, not that I had ever doubted you know who. Because there was something that always made me believe. Sigh.

I fell a little in love with every time I turned the book. So to say I totally dig this story would be an understatement. In fact, it was a very fast read for me. I started and seemed I finished it in a jiffy. So for me ladies this one's a solid 4.5.

If you wanna read about a sexy, over-protective, bad boy with a dark past who can't help but rescue a smarty-pants young journalist, yet all is not what it seems, then this is most definitely your book to snuggle up to.
